Noel Elfant Full Biography
Noel Elfant is the founding member and principal attorney of General Counsel Practice LLC. GC Practice delivers fractional general counsel services to individuals and companies that require business-focused, operationally oriented legal advice of a seasoned general counsel on a cost-effective, less than full-time basis. Noel was the first general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer for Zebra Technologies Corporation, a publicly held manufacturer and marketer of bar code and RFID technologies. Most recently he served as the general counsel for the North American operations of DeLaval Inc. a Swedish manufacturer of dairy farm equipment and cleaning chemicals for the food processing industry and part of the multi-billion dollar, privately held Tetra Laval Group. He began his career in the corporate and securities department of McDermott, Will & Emery before joining the legal department at Fortune Brands, Inc., a consumer products conglomerate. Noel earned his JD degree from Northwestern University School of Law and his BA degree from UCLA. He is licensed in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Ohio. Noel is married to Susy, they live in Northbrook, Illinois, and they have three adult children.

In my professional career I have worked at Fortune 500 companies in various industries in the areas of web development, UI/UX, IT Infrastructure, and marketing. I have held upper management roles as I was promoted during my ascent in climbing the corporate ladder. In those roles, I demonstrated my industry experience as I along with my team implemented proven innovative ideas that improved websites, databases, and the overall user’s experience using methods that drove traffic, conversions, and thereby revenue eight or more times the initial marketing spend. I have since been blessed to shatter the glass ceiling and own a tech company and a remote call center simultaneously. Tony Fremarek Full Biography
Tony has spent the last 25+ years working in a variety of different organizations. During his career he has successfully started multiple businesses, led business organizations as large as $500M, and has helped small to mid sized businesses succeed.
Tony fills the gap that is often missing in organizations, providing sound financial leadership and advice to the business decision makers. Through his career, he has implemented strategies that allow businesses to grow, enter new business lines, and manage cash flow and costs. Additionally, Tony has often been told that “You’re the first financial leader that I can actually understand.” He has the unique ability to translate the world of finance to ownership/leadership in the way they need to understand. This allows those leaders to spend more time focusing on the business, and less time trying to understand the financials of the business. Tony delivers the tools to leaders so they can utilize them to the fullest. By taking a KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) approach to the business, Tony teaches owners that they can focus on the few important metrics or KPI’s and not get bogged down with “Information overload”. I am founder and CEO of RWK IT Services and have over 30 years Information Technology experience with Enterprise and Small to Medium Business environments. Working first as a practitioner and later as an entrepreneur, I have designed, architected, and developed software and large-scale database management systems, as well as Software as a Service solutions for business. In parallel, I have engineered and supported business IT infrastructure and the service organizations that support them.
In all these areas of focus, what keeps me going, is a constant drive to use technology to its fullest, and to know what is available right now, and how it can best be used. Sharing this knowledge with others to make them better and more profitable completes an accomplishment that drives me to iterate into the next challenge.
I feed my soul with incredible inquisitiveness about the way people and process make businesses successful through the use oftechnology. I engage closely with talented individuals and peer business executives who have a passion for innovation and staying on the top of their game.
I am married to Sophia, my wife of thirty-six years and am father to Melina and Niko. I love family, the outdoors and spending time there, archery for meditation and sport, and artist-blacksmithing and metalworking.
